Returns Policy :
If you would like to return a item, please use the "Contact Us" page with your order number and details about the piece you would like to return.
We will respond quickly with the instuctions for how to return your item from your order.
You should expect to recieve your refund within 5 to 10 business days of Fiona Bastian Designs recieving the product you would like to return.
We will also pay the postage costs if the return is a result of error, (you recieved an incorrect or defective item)
Refunds and returns :
You may return your unworn piece of jewellery within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
If your piece of jewellery is faulty in any way, you can choose to have full refund, or the piece repaired or redesigned and crafted again.

Fiona Bastian Designs can refuse to accept a return if :
The jewellery has been tampered with in anyway by the customer.
All jewellery is inspected proir to being posted out.
Returning faulty goods :
Fiona Bastian Designs will ask the customer to send the jewellery back to them if there is a problem.
Inspecting the item can help us work out exactly what the problem is and if it can be fixed.
The customer organises the return to be posted back to Fiona Bastian Designs.
Items don't need to be returned in their original packages but the customer should:
The jewellery needs to be protected in it's return ensuring it is wrapped in bubble wrap and secured for it's return back to Fiona Bastian Designs.
Cost of returning faulty goods :
Fiona Bastian Designs will pay for the goods to be returned on delivery if there are any faults in the design you have purchased.
Cost of returning goods that aren't faulty :
The customer will be responsible for paying for the postage on returning goods that they have changed their mind on.
Charge back - credit
Your credit provider may authorise a credit to your (credit) account known as a chargeback if you have not received goods or services or if there is a breach of a consumer guarantee.
Contact your credit card provider to apply for a refund if you have paid for goods or services using that card, or pressed ‘credit’ when using a debit card - it doesn't matter if the business is no longer operating. Proof of purchase can include:
Original receipt or photo of the receipt credit card slip. The date and purchase amount, reference number - phone or online payments.
You need to return the product to the business to get a refund, so don't throw it away or destroy it.
